Ancestry Library Edition
provides access to genealogical and historical resources, including images of the U.S. census from 1790-1930. Resources included: Census records, Military records, Court, land, and probate records, Immigration records, periodicals and newspapers, birth, marriage, and death records (including the Social Security Death Index), biography and history, reference and finding aids, directories and memberships.
ATLA
The American Theological Library Association's ATLA Religion Database is the leading international database indexing citations in all scholarly fields of religion. It is a compilation of three printed indexes: Religion Index One: Periodicals, Religion Index Two: Multiple Author Works, and Index to Book Reviews in Religion. The database includes over one million records in more than 34 languages. It includes more than 350,000 article citations from 1,400 journals, more than 150,000 essay citations from 14,000 multi-author works, and nearly 350,000 book review citations.
ATLA Serials (ATLAS)
Fulltext version of ATLA, above. Includes over 50,000 articles (plus many more book reviews) cover subjects in the following fields: Archaeology, Bible, Ecumenism, Ethics, Missions, Pastoral Ministry, Philosophy, Religion, Society, and Theology. Articles span the years 1949-2000.
Books In Print
indexes over 3.5 million titles with over 600,000 full-text reviews, 7000 author biographies, 300 book, video and audio awards. BIP is offered to all KCLC members for free.
CenStats
a collection of statistical resources from the U.S. Census Bureau. Included are: 1990 Public Law 94-171 Data, Building Permits, Census Tract Street Locator, County Business Patterns, International Trade Data, Occupation by Race and Sex, and USA Counties.
Dun and Bradstreet's Million Dollar Database Premier
provides information on over 1,500,000 US and Canadian leading public and private businesses. Company information includes industry information with up to 24 individual 8-digit SICs, size criteria (employees and annual sales), type of ownership, principal executives and biographies.
EBSCOHost
Set of databases including MasterFILE Elite, Academic Search Elite, Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition, Health Source - Consumer Edition, Alt HealthWatch, Primary Search, Funk & Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia, EBSCO Animals, and Clinical Pharmacology.
FirstSearch
provides access to the basic FirstSearch package, including: ArticleFirst, Electronic Collections Online (ECO), ERIC, PapersFirst, ProceedingsFirst, UnionLists, and WorldCat.
Foundation Directory Online
A comprehensive database of the grantmaking universe. Search 60,000+ foundations, corporate givers, and grantmaking public charities, as well as a file of 150,000+ grants from the largest foundations.
Business and Company Resource Center
find company profiles, brand information, rankings, investment reports, company histories, chronologies and periodicals. Also find detailed company and industry news and information.
Generations on Line
an online program that introduces people over 65 to the Internet. It provides free access for email, a search with results in 25 languages, links to other key sites, such as Medicare and Social Security information, and an intergenerational chat where children ages 9-12 can ask questions about the past.

an interactive website that offers online practice tests for students from the fourth grade to the graduate school level. The online practice tests are offered in a variety of subjects.
Lit Finder
combines three databases: PoemFinder, Story Finder and EssayFinder. Poem Finder searches 800,000 indexed poems AND 100,000 full-text poems from throughout history. Story Finder provides thousands of full-text short stories plus explanations, biographies, pictures and more. Essay Finder is a database of full-text essays and discursive writing from the 20th century focused primarily on the humanities and social sciences.
netLibrary
an expanding collection of online electronic books. Titles can be checked out and viewed online.
NoveList
this reader's advisory database contains over 90,000 fiction titles and more than 17,000 subject headings. Full text of more than 14,000 Booklist reviews are included as well as narrative data on more than 40,000 titles. The database covers juvenile and adult titles.

provides access to:

consists of two databases: a business directory and a consumer directory. The business directory includes over 11 million records primarily for private and public companies. In addition, it includes schools, non-profit organizations, and governmental bodies. The consumer directory includes over 180 million records for individuals.

provides access to magazine articles, pictures, encyclopedias, and a dictionary using an animated dinosaur interface.
Standard and Poor's Net Advantage
brings together S&P publications including: Stock Reports, Industry Surveys, Corporation Records, S&P Register, Stock Guide, Bond Guide, Earnings Guide, The Outlook, and Dividend Record, which provide financial and narrative information on thousands of companies worldwide.
STAT-USA
the Internet source for business and economic information produced by the Federal Government. STAT-USA gathers information from over 50 Federal agencies and distributes from a central source. STAT-USA includes U.S. economic data & release calendars, exchange rates, industrial data, and consumer credit reports. International information includes trade opportunity leads, international industry analysis, market analysis, imports, exports, and guides for U.S. companies doing business in different countries.
